Sale is the lifeblood of every organization and being recognized in this field is huge for a career milestone.
With the recently concluded National Sales Conference of Terramedic last March 1-3, one of the organization’s top awards was recently given to two PMRs (Professional Medical Representatives) in appreciation of their exceptional sales performance and utilization of creative business strategies.

One of the awardees, Ms. Diana Enriquez, has stated that getting this award is never an easy journey. For her to grow, she had to get out of her comfort zone, even if it meant crying every night. “I drew inspiration from my daughter and my family. With the right patience, prayers, and perseverance, I was able to achieve my goal.”

In the same case, Ms. Annalyn Tabla also stated that her biggest inspiration is her kids. “I want my kids to see that I’m doing my best and working hard for them. In return, I hope they get inspired and do the same thing with their studies.”
Both awardees have also advised aspiring and fellow PMRs. “Challenge yourself. Ask, is this the best version of me that I want to keep? If not, push harder until you meet success. After all, success is more satisfying when you went through hardship.”, Ms. Tabla added.

Ms. Enriquez on the other hand has advised fellow PMRs to simply enjoy life. “I think having a work-life balance is essential to achieve that, as my route to reaching my goal is through being healthy and happy.”

So, what are the key takeaways we can get from these women to thrive in the competitive world of sales?
- Prioritize work-life balance
- Having a positive mindset fueled by a healthy body will get you through
- One of the enemies of success is a comfort zone
- Plenty of faith and determination will come a long way
- Hardship is inevitable but sweeter once it paid off
Let’s be motivated by these remarkable women to prioritize our well-being so that we can thrive in any endeavor no matter how competitive the landscape.
