FORMULATION:

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:

Levofloxacin (Hemihydrate), USP …. 500 mg

INDICATION:

Levofloxacin is indicated for the treatment of susceptible infections such as urinary tract infections, infected bites and stings, bone and joints infection brucellosis, gastroenteritis, diarrhea, meningitis, lower respiratory tract infection, and skin and urinary tract infections.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

250 or 500 mg once or twice for 7-14 days or as prescribed by the physician.

STORAGE CONDITION:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 C
