FORMULATION:

Each capsule contains:

Folic Acid, USP… 5 mg

INDICATION:

Folic acid is used in the treatment of megaloblastic anemia associated with folic acid deficiency. Also in the prophylaxis of megaloblastic anemia during pregnancy and in the prevention of neural tube defects.

DOSAGE AND MODE/ ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

In the treatment of megaloblastic anemia: 5-20 mg or as prescribed by the physician.
